Resolve tickets in ESM platform created specifically for internal customers related to AP queries and ensure a smooth transition to this platform.- AP cleaning on open payable items for SAP migration;- Analysis and follow-up on issues identified (by Accenture or internally, including escalations) to ensure timely resolution - Point of contact between Accenture and other stakeholders (Procurement, Material Management, Sourcing, etc.) for invoices overdue to be processed and paid, resolving discrepancies between PO and invoices, reviewing invalid payments - Identify and evaluate common issues, recommend corrective actions. Duplicate payments recovery, non GR 3-way match failures, PO closed and unleased, missing GL coding, incorrect AU/AC, missing POC - Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and SLAs - Ensure vendor reconciliation is completed on a monthly basis by Accenture

My main objective was to offer a smooth transition for the AP for EUR countries. This project was mainly related to moving all urgent payments and manual payments in a Hub for more control over the costs, payments and also for the standardization of all countries under the Schlumberger policy.-make sure the invoices are paid on time and assure that the SLI is met;- check suppliers information in the system and update when needed ( bank and contacte information );- keep a good relationship with the end markets and other colleagues from specific countries;- contribute to the improvement of the operating procedures, escalating of all unsolved issues to the team leader;- train new team members and cross trained within department to share knowledge;- review for tax compliance as per country knowledge document- ensure clients meet all assessment requirements, in relation to the payment of tax and the timely filling of tax returns;- decreased number of urgent payment >30%- reconcile statements with Suppliers

- Ensure all the invoices are processed within Service Level Agreements;- Maintain a good relationship with the End Markets;- Daily/weekly duties to be completed to deadline depend on tasks- Procure-to-pay related activities: OCR Validation, invoice audit, invoice processing and query resolution, tax assessment- Maintain a high level of knowledge through completing and updating the training materials; - Review and verify invoices and check requests;
