• System analysis & design: Supported data integration from key systems into a data warehouse built to support data analytics and reporting for the Seattle Police Department. Performed requirements gap analysis and identified remediation strategies and solutions. • Business process analysis: Worked closely with key department stakeholders including subject matter experts, compliance analysts, sworn officers, and technical implementation teams to manage data integrity through business process analysis and design to ensure high quality reporting. • Data Governance: Accountable for data and data management process definitions and data quality levels.
