- Project Leadership & Precision- Discerning Material Curation-Inspired Conceptualization

- Execute of the company Visual Merchandising strategy, visual standards and non-pogged In Store Marketing (ISM) implementation across all pertinent areas of the store. - Support the execution of Visual Merchandising Guides (VMG) Support changes to product assortment and keep the area inspiring to guests all year round by remerchandising new product and maintaining a brand space following new sets. - Assess store visual standards to help elevate visual presentations in A&A, Home, Company Space, LTOs and Brand Launches. - Solve merchandising issues and adjust sets to create and maintain inspiring presentations.

- Mapping out a social media strategy. - Developing and posting content, videos and articles to social media channels. - Remaining knowledgeable about what client competitors are doing and strategies they are using. - Recommending improvements and new ideas to an organization's management.

- Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion. - Collaborating with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements. - Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas- Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as our own
