My main tasks were to develop and pioneer the QA process and documentation. I worked closely with the team, participating in all SDLC phases to understand the functionalities, create test plans, and develop test cases to ensure the best product for our users. The tests included both manual and automated tests using Cypress and Postman for web. I had to execute functional tests, performance tests, security tests, accessibility tests, location tests, regression tests, UI tests, and various other types of testing to ensure a high-quality and secure product.

As QA Analyst, my main responsibilities were to create and maintain test cases, test planning, execute manual testing, mobile testing and developing E2E automation tests using Cypress. In new projects, I was part of the whole SDLC, collaborating with the team to assure the quality of our product from the planning phase up until the post deployment phase, where I worked on multiple projects executing exploratory tests, creating bug reports and also testing bug fixes. Most of the testing was front-end related but I also did backend testing and API testing. The tools that I used were Redmine, TestLink, BrowserStack and Cypress.

As a QA Engineer, my work was to do the test planning and test case management and execute manual testing in ERP Software (Desktop). Also, I’ve also started the automation testing process, reviewing manual tests documentations and adapting to automation tests documentations, updating the requisites, parameters and environment for testing specifics scenarios, creating scripts and executing them using TestComplete and TestExecute tools.

As Implementation Specialist, I was responsible for instruct and guide key users about product routines and any questions with the ERP System. Also, I wrote documentation, with the intent of standardizing process, about the functionalities, routines, increasing the support material.

As a Senior Tax Analyst, I was responsible for conducting the entire conference of movements of a client portfolio, focusing on tax/legal aspects, passing on guidance on corrections and adjustments they would need to make to adapt the entries.It also had as its activity the transmission of Brazilian tax obligations (such as SPED ICMS/IPI, SPED Contributions, DCTF, EFD-Reinf, among others), state and municipal declarations and support in the analysis of internal tax processes in customers.I provided customer support for tax consulting purposes, as well as in times of system migration to support the adequacy of the data so that they met the relevant legislation.
