Bianca is an emerging entrepreneur and leader with a background in media, tech and advertising. With a decade of experience in creative and media agencies, Bianca has built and scaled brands across a variety of industries from finance to tourism. Her accomplishments include leading the development of the Crime Interrupted podcast in partnership with Casefile and the AFP. This campaign was the second most awarded campaign in Australia picking up awards from D&AD, Cannes Lions, AWARD Awards, Spikes and more. Her work also includes developing first of their kind projects like the Ol’au Palau tourism app, the first gamified tourist experience for Palau. Most recently, Bianca’s work at Supermassive contributed to the agency securing Mumbrella’s Emerging Agency of the Year in 2024.Bianca has also spent over five years exploring web3, crypto, and blockchain technology. She has shared her insights as a speaker at events such as NFT MEL and Australian Blockchain Week. She is passionate about helping young people achieve financial freedom and democratising access to financial resources. Bianca’s leadership extends beyond advertising into sports and community engagement. As Vice President of the Sydney Bears Ice Hockey Club for a decade, she transformed online fan engagement and increased attendance season on season. She grew in game attendance from 60 to over 1200 spectators per game and the team’s online presence to 20,000+ followers across all digital platforms. She’s secured 6 figures in sponsorship while successfully running the general operations, PR, and marketing. She is a passionate advocate for women in male-dominated industries. She is dedicated to breaking barriers in sports, tech, finance, and business. Her future focus includes continuing to drive innovation and support underrepresented communities.
