CurrentI work independently and am given the flexibility to manage my own time to conduct my daily operations and additional responsibilities that I have sought out/volunteered for, where I often work as a key team player.I communicate with both the team and the client constructively and considerately, which has facilitated me to build good working relationships.My day-to-day responsibilities include:• Conducting the Baseline Personnel Security Standard vetting of new starters and renewals, for civilians on a military site.• Maintaining personnel files and ensuring their compliance with GDPR. • Manage and maintain the stationary orders, uniform orders, and any other administrative requirements.• Note taker for confidential meetings, such as grievance hearings, welfare meetings, etc.• Managing the Crown Feeder Financial Accounts. • Regular and competent use of Microsoft Office/365.• Became proficient in software such as Nexus Bookwork and OurTime.Additional responsibilities, including:• Acting junior ranks’ luxury accommodation manager and building custodian of the 50-bed transit block. • Lead manager of the station tailoring parades, and dry cleaning.• Mentoring staff with limited IT and learning skills with their training.• ESS Charity Champion within Hestia 5.• Co-ordinatator of RAF Families’ Day food vendors.• Front of house customer service advisor for functions and events.• Level 3 First Aid at Work.
