TEE is representing the Hull University Business School in Cluj by managing its Executive MBA programme since 2015. My role combines activities like:Marketing: - planning, developing and implementing marketing strategies (online, offline & email marketing campaigns). Public Relations: - planning, developing and implementing PR strategies; - researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media; - preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, hand-outs, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, video; - dealing with inquiries from the public, the press, and related organisations; - organizing & participating to local and national events; - establishing connections with potential sponsors, stakeholders and students; - maintaining and updating information on the organisation's website;- managing and updating information and engaging with users on social media sites such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. Administrative: - recruitment strategies, student registration, monitoring students’ progress.

- responsible for the internal communication within ESN UBB Cluj-Napoca- coordinate the work of all local members of ESN UBB Cluj-Napoca- responsible for the proper operation and cooperation of the section- Human Resources Department Coordinator- organize the recruitment process

- write articles and prepare information for the media- identify main client groups and audiences and determine the best way to reach them- evaluate advertising and promotion programs to determine whether they are compatible with the company's public relations efforts- organize events for customers and company employees- prepare the design and write articles for internal and external newsletters- create content marketing for the company website- represent the company to the events organized by customers- establish partnerships with local educational institutions- develop and maintain the company 's image and identity, using logos and signs- involve the company in local social events- work with different marketing tools (branding, event management, PR, offline & online marketing)- use social media tools (SEO, Facebook and Google AdWords, Google Analytics or other similar tools)

- Motivate and reward the members of ESN UBB Cluj-Napoca- Handle the entire process of recruiting new volunteers- Coordinate team buildings activities and workshops for the volunteers- Involved in the Buddy Program (help the new Erasmus student to integrate in Cluj-Napoca city’s life)

- follow the recruiting process steps- create job descriptions and post job announcements- manage several recruitment projects simultaneously- draft CVs of the candidates- establish recruitment strategies- screen CVs and contact eligible candidates- searching for candidates on the specialised sites and internal database- establish interview and participate to telephonic interview- offer positive and negative feedback to candidates- provide support to HR Consultant with the next projects: Senior Android Developer, Java Developer (Junior/Middle/Senior), Embedded Developer, iOS Developer, C++ Developer, Forging Project Manager, IT Infrastructure Specialist, Business Analyst
