About Bianca Otley

Having over 20 years working in Customer Service my passion is to provide the best "Love"​ to all customers and improve the interaction between company and customers. Breaking down the titles to be a person talking to people and helping where I can.Starting at 15 as an assistant to a Manager of a Deli in Tasmania I learnt business and my love for customer experience. Moving to finish my schooling, delve into University and discover my skill of business on the job as I further grew working in management in telecommunications. As I grew I also moved to bigger cities and now reside in Sydney working in the amazing role of Customer Love at Pod.My personality is hardworking but also fun to get the best out of life in both personal and work environments- "Live to Love, Love to Live".
