Business Development Manager
Current• Manage a Full Cycle Technical Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, interviewing, screening, formatting and placing personnel in quick turnaround time in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions in the Information Technology industry throughout the United States.• Communicate with management and sales teams to help identifying new business prospects and potential sales leads.• Partner with other Account Executives and Managers to define and prioritize hiring opportunities.• Manage job requirements and execute comprehensive search strategies to pursue both active and passive candidates on a timely basis.• Determine and implement recruiting best practices.• Adhere to and enforce all employment policies and laws.• Partner with hiring managers to determine job requirements, appropriate compensation package and identify qualities of an ideal candidate for the open position.• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, colleges/universities, trade groups, social media and employee referrals to source candidates for open positions and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of hiring needs.• Develop manager interviewing tools and training as needed.
