My main responsibilities are: regular website updates & improvements, social media, management of translations, SEO, reporting, CMS & Social Media training for local marketing. I work closely with our external digital agency, as well as field marketing across the world, to ensure transparency and consistency throughout all our digital presences (website, microsites, social instances).In addition, I do project management for various digital projects, such as launching microsites for BearingPoint Services, and follow up through to implementation.

I am in charge of the global content administration on the company's website, making sure that pages are optimised, user-friendly, drive traffic and are translated. I have both internal and external stakeholders such as the digital agency, local marketing teams, copywriter. I also create regular global social media posts and visuals for LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook and provide monthly reporting for website and social media. In my day-to-day tasks, I use tools such as: Ecoma CMS platform, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, SEMRush, Hotjar, Jira, Photoshop etc.In addition, I coach teams in English and German on how to use our CMS and advise on best practice.I also search for technical website improvements on a regular basis together with our digital agency and monitor their implementation through the JIRA ticket system.So far I was a key member of the website relaunch and brand refresh, and helped with the migration of several microsites on the main website.

As a Social Media Demand Generation Coordinator for EMEA and APAC region, my job was to create engaging content, in order to promote Oracle Applications events via Social Media channels and generate leads. I was managing three hubs on Facebook and one LinkedIn Group. Also, I had to ensure seamless tracking for each post in each channel based on existing tools. Among other duties, I was responsible with german and french content creation and translation, Listening and Monitoring.I have worked on the implementation of the EMEA social media strategy, coordinating with EMEA Field Marketing stakeholders to ensure its effectiveness and encourage adoption across EMEA marketing and at country/cluster level.I have monitored pre-defined KPIs and effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyzed, reviewed, and reported on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting back to key stakeholders.

This was a personal project founded with friends, and included the first printed sports magazine for women in Romania, a website and an online sports shop. The magazine was sold throughout the country through Inmedio, Relay and Carturesti libraries. Because of the economic crisis, prints decreased much, and I decided with my team to move everything online. My main responsibilities were coordination of the magazine, writing of articles, contract negociations (including barters), events organization.
