My function as a Branch Administrator is, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of their branch’s operations. To ensure that the branch is running smoothly and effectively, ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience at the branch. I report directly to our Managing Director that overseas our four branches on a national level. My keys functions are the following:Monitoring the overall operations.Handing the daily accounting duties such as debtors,creditors,sales and invoicing. Manage and resolve all issues with accounts and contact all customers for payments and offer support.Handling the service department,to ensure customers receive the service that they require which includes customers quotes,scheduling of work and client relations. Ensuring customers service is executed with the best possible professionalism from our technical staff and back office. Develop and maintain effective relationships with all clients and staff. Ensure our staff are continually motivated and provided recognition on achievements that they have reached.Provide technical support to all branches and maintain professional relationships with customers and sales departments to resolve all customer issues.Oversee the full administration functions of the branch which includes internal sales, project/job planning,ordering of stock and inventory control.Ensuring all documents,filling and monthly reporting are accurate and submitted to Management on time.Oversee the H&S functions, ensure the branch and technical staff are compliant and safety files are submitted efficiently. Provide the HR functions for the team, timesheets, capturing,leave applications and the HR support on behalf of HQ. My achievements while working at Maxiflex Door systems are. 2015- 2017 Cape Town. Starting up a brand new branch in Western Cape which has been successfully going since then. The second year of working at the bramch, we were awarded Branch of the year in 2016. 2020-2023 Durban Branch While KZN branch faced retrenchments during 2020, as the branch was not doing its best. I started as the branch administrator in 2020. To date, we have managed to retain our customers and supporting our customers with the best possible service.
