From June 2023 to January 2024- "Rural Albanian Youth" Project, financed by the European Commission.From February to July 2024- RURALBANIA Project, financed by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS).In these roles I carried out the following tasks: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including donors, government agencies, community leaders, and partner organizations.Manage project budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources.Monitor expenditures and financial reports to ensure compliance with funding requirements.Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.Implement adaptive management strategies to respond to changing project circumstances.

In the framework of the project RURALBANIA, financed by AICS (Italian Agency for Development Cooperation) I have covered the following tasks:Assist the project coordinator;Design the M&E Plan;Provide training and support to project staff, partners, and stakeholders on M&E processes and tools;Oversee the collection of relevant and accurate data using surveys.

I contributed to the project "Rural Albanian Youth", funded by European Union.The project is implemented by Volontari nel Mondo - RTM in partnership with various local NGOs and has the specific objective of improving the participation of young people in the social, economic and political life of rural communities in north-eastern Albania, particularly in rural and remote areas. of the regions of Shkoder, Kukes and Diber.One of my duties within this project was the management of the Facebook and Instagram "Rural You" pages, in which project activities and training and funding opportunities for Albanian youth and organizations are promoted.The management of social pages includes activities such as:Develop creative and engaging social media strategies;Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram, adapting content to suit different channels;Create engaging multimedia content (and / or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms;Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.Among my duties, there was also supporting the Project Manager in the Monitoring and Evaluation activities foreseen by the project. The activities I have carried out have been:Recommend further improvement of the logical framework;Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly and other reports to Project Management Team;Prepare and maintain the database.Finally, I was in charge of creating content for training courses and writing project's proposals for international donors.

My experience with Engim Internazionale took place in eastern Bolivia, where I worked as a member of the Civil Peace Corps. In Montero, a small urban centre in the department of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, I collaborated with Etta Project, an American NGO that carries out projects in health and nutrition, water, sanitation and education in the rural areas of the country.This year I have mainly dealt with projects concerning WASH, Monitoring and Evaluation activities and Fundraising.As part of the projects in the Wash area (one on the construction of ecological dry baths and one on the creation of a river water collection system for domestic use), I assisted the project coordinator in the collection of baseline data and developed the end report of all missions. I participated in the creation of material for training courses on the correct use of bathrooms and on good practices in the management and use of water and sanitation.With full autonomy, I managed the monitoring of the dry baths construction project concluded in 2016 in the outskirts of Montero, presenting a complete report to the local director of the organization. This activity has been simplified thanks to the use of KoBo Collect, which allows you to collect data precisely and quickly.Etta Project also runs two centres for children from families in difficulty. After an initial phase of observation, in which I was in close contact with the children and their families, I assisted the project coordinator in the management of donations and in the implementation of projects funded by the Comitè central Mennonita. I was in charge of creating a digital database, analyzing and improving the logical framework, drawing up reports to be shared with donors, researching new funding opportunities and training local staff on the collection and analysis of the data necessary for monitoring purposes.

My internship period was supposed to last 4 months, but was extended for a further two months at the request of the then Deputy Coordinator Michela Miletto, responsible for all publications concerning Water and Gender.From September to December, my tasks have been:Research;Prepare materials for trainings (Power Point, Prezi);Update the office contacts database;Posting on twitter;Assist the Deputy Coordinator in the revision and update of the 2019 WWAP Water and Gender Toolkit.In the second phase of my experience, I conducted data research with a mission in Central America.After obtaining a $ 3,000 grant from UNESCO-IHP to contribute to the Groundwater Resources Governance in Transboundary Aquifers (GGRETA) Project, I worked on the creation of a questionnaire to be administered to households in the aquifer area being analyzed in Central America.First, I went to San Salvador to assist Dr. Miletto in presenting the indicators outlined in the Water and Gender Toolkit.Later I moved to Honduras, where I settled to undertake my data research supported by the Mancomunidad Trinacional Fronteriza Río Lempa. In about 40 days, I administered 120 interviews through closed-ended questionnaires to the families of Ocotepeque and Sinuapa (Honduras) and Citalà and La Palma (El Salvador).Once back in Italy, I processed the data collected in a report used by the staff of the GGRETA project to understand the issues related to the gender variable in the territory.

When I was 17(2009), I worked as an entertainer in touristic villages in South Italy in the summertime.During the first 2 experiences, I worked with children, then I started organising activities for adults, such as tournaments, shows and games.In 2012 I was assigned for the first time the role of lead entertainer in a 4 people team and I had this role for three years (summertime).My main activities in this role were:Plan and organise diversified activities to offer guests (games, tournaments, sports, shows, parties etc)Inform tourists of the day's programTaking care of the activities and making sure guests have funCreate conditions for guests to socialise with each other and feel at easeInvolve new tourists in entertainment activitiesSupervise the work of staff membersAttend meetings with the heads of the other staff involved in the tourist village.
