Working at MSa Michele Sandilands Architects for my internship year gave me the opportunity to learn fast as it was a small office and I was given a lot of responsibility. ACHIEVEMENTS:In the 10 months I was there I was able to complete an entire set of City Council as well as construction drawings for a timber frame beach house. I was responsible for design development through meetings with the client, the builder, the engineer and various company representatives. I was also involved with various other projects such as the award winning UNISA (University of South Africa) Phase 2 extension, an office building, various urban and beach houses and small renovations.
