Responsible for general admin duties related to debtors and creditors.Upload of debtors and creditors on Xero.Control trade debtors.Correctly reconcile and allocate payments.Investigate and clear all queries arising on the processing of debtors and creditors.Manage customer accounts and keep track of outstanding debtsContact debtors through phone, email, or mail to learn about their payment statusNegotiate payment plans with customers who are behind on their paymentsProvide exceptional customer service to debtors while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.Follow up and report on outstanding accounts.File and maintain documentation on all communications, transactions and payment arrangements associated withtrade debtors.Provide support to the financial manager.Other ad-hoc duties.
