Current- Talent Acquisition
- Leads the recruitment for all exempt level roles including ensuring a current job description is available, leading planning meetings with Hiring Managers, job postings, and sourcing and vetting candidates for.
- Consults with Hiring Managers on appropriate compensation practices for new hires to assure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Serves as the primary gatekeeper to assure diversity and cultural fit objectives are met through the hiring process.
- Conducts regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.Talent Development
- Owns the Performance Management process including system administration, staff and leader training and ongoing support of performance concerns including deployment of performance improvement plans.
