CurrentTalent Acquisition• Leads the recruitment for all exempt level roles including ensuring a current job description is available, leading planning meetings with Hiring Managers, job postings, and sourcing and vetting candidates for presentation to Hiring Managers. • Consults with Hiring Managers on appropriate compensation practices for new hires to assure market competitiveness and internal equity. • Serves as the primary gatekeeper to assure diversity and cultural fit objectives are met through the hiring process. • Conducts regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.Talent Development• Owns the Performance Management process including system administration, staff and leader training and ongoing support of performance concerns including deployment of performance improvement plans.• Conducts People Operations, employment law, and soft skills internal employee training including content development and delivery.• Researches and recommends specialty trainings, including leadership development, conflict management, etc. including vendor negotiations and selection.• Serves as an administrator and subject matter expert on LinkedIn Learning platform, utilizing content to support various org-wide initiatives.• Builds and delivers trainings on People Operations topics including Performance Management, Competencies, and goal writing.Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB)• Acts as project manager for DEIB committee and supports the design, planning and implementation of organization-wide DEIB strategy that is embedded into all aspects of the company.• Builds rapport with staff at all levels to drive awareness, commitment, and accountability for the DEIB action plans across the business.• Embeds DEIB into existing learning programs and recruitment efforts.• Partners with Communications team to develop DEIB communication plan to disseminate internal and external DEIB efforts and resources.
