Description of role: * Managing the full monthly and weekly payroll function for five legal entities.* Managing the payroll software - VIP Premier Payroll system.* Managing and developing payroll administrators for monthly and weekly payrolls.* Remuneration reconciliations for both internal and external clients.* Managing expatriation tax calculations.* Managing data validation on the PeopleSoft system.* Managing data validation and job evaluation on the Remchannel database.*Annual organisational project management including increase process, performance review process, compensation budgets.* Responsible for all compensation required government reporting, including monthly EMP201 submission, Annual IRP5 and EMP501 submission, Annual Workman’s Compensation WA8 submission.* Executive and management remuneration reporting, including Human Resources, Learning and Development and Financial.* Department budget management.
