• Provide timely and accurate analysis of financial, operational and marketing information as required.• Review monthly financial results and KPIs and provide analysis of various variances and trends.• Lead and coordinate quarterly financial forecasting process for Asia-Pacific region ensuring timely and high quality outputs.• Lead and coordinate annual budget process for Asia-Pacific region ensuring timely and high quality outputs.• Financial reporting for corporate costs centres.• Assist operations as required with pricing models for bids and proposals. • Provide back-up to the Financial Accountant and Financial Reporting Manager.

• Completing monthly and annual accounts for two companies (NB: Day 1 reporting).• Preparing detailed weekly sales and EBITDA forecasts.• Preparing the annual financial budget and developing recovery rates.• Weekly sales/margin analysis and reporting.• Customer contract preparation/review.• Margin analysis for new business and price management within existing business.• Preparing and reviewing capital expenditure proposals.• Regular communication of financial indicators to the management team. • Ensuring that working capital is managed well and kept within budget.• Overseeing inventory management and control, including stock takes and slow moving stock. • Costing and variance analysis.• Site SAP finance champion. • Ensure internal controls are followed and developed as required.
