Tel a Aviv University Trust (TAU Trust), based in London, leads fundraising activities for Tel Aviv University. We invite it’s faculty to share research and knowledge with British audiences to strengthen the university’s reputation in the UK and encourage academic collaborations with TAU and UK Universities. I develop fundraising strategies which includes expanding the donor base, in particular major gifts (£25,000 to £3 million plus). Working in partnership with the Chief Executive, Board of Directors and Development and Public Affairs at TAU.

- Plan and execute events for private, corporate and non-profit clients - Responsible for detailed project planning including timelines- Overall responsibility for the management of the event on site in collaboration with the Operations Manager and Executive Chef - Sourcing and briefing suppliers to deliver creative concepts

World Jewish Relief is the UK Jewish community’s international development and humanitarian agency – tackling Jewish poverty and reaching beyond our community. We create opportunities for those out of work to become self-reliant, bring dignity to older people and act on behalf of the UK Jewish Community at times of international disaster. The Home Repairs programme launched 1st January 2018. The aim is to repair the homes of all of the vulnerable, elderly Jews and Jewish families living in Eastern Europe whose houses are currently in a state of disrepair, 3500 homes. Endorsed by our Patron, His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, who shares our sense of urgency, responsibility and determination to resolve this crisis, we launched an ambitious campaign to repair the homes of every vulnerable, older Jewish person still living in these countries within the next four years. We will ensure that they can live the rest of their lives with dignity, in a healthy and safe environment. Completing this mammoth task will require an investment of £7m.Specific responsibilities include:• Identifying and researching appropriate prospects, ensuring a constant prospect pipeline is in place• Categorising these prospects according to capacity to give • Building excellent working relationships with Trustees and other influencers, seeking to open doors to these prospects • Excellent interpersonal skills across all Trustees, high net worth donors and committee members • Making tailored asks to prospects, both written and face to face• Responsible for the overall strategic management of the programme• Developing and implementing solicitation plans and ensuring that all donors are cultivated and stewarded effectively• Ensuring thorough and compliant data management using Raiser’s Edge to track and record all communications with prospects and donors and all gifts

Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the overall management of the fundraising team - Member of the MDA UK senior management team- Donor stewardship by managing the annual patron's event- Coordinate and support local and national committees, campaigns & initiatives- Assist the Chief Executive with the preparation, organisation and delivery of fundraising appeals, events and marketing activities in accordance with agreed objectives- To manage the MDA UK committees with a view to increasing both numbers of committees and events- Effectively reporting directly to the CEO, with accurate forecasts/projections and regular business updates - Liaising with external organisations and stakeholders and developing key relationships- Running an appraisal procedure for the fundraising department- Playing a key role in MDA UK's fundraising strategy by approaching current and new funders with key messages- Work with developers and designers to define and align on-brand event execution- Manage the day to day operational aspects of multiple events and producing and executing flawless high profile events, end to end

Key Responsibilities- Ensuring a good relationship is maintained with the Client at all times, through excellent communication skills, and providing efficient Client service- Developing, planning and promoting a launch event for a community exhibition- Building good client and sponsor relationships- Involved in the development of marketing strategies for the company- Managing a quarterly glossy publication, Pulse, ensuring a smooth operation between adverting and editorial departments
