- Upload missing invoices Excel report in Britthay’s Shipping SharePoint site after extracting it from Tropicalsite and transform it to table using Microsoft Excel.- Search, confirm, and review for the missing invoices and upload to Tropical site to enable the shipment ofgoods to the Cayman Islands.- Review the Bill of Lading and the invoices as this is the part of process for shipment of goods.- Update the Tracking Excel report to keep track of the goods to be delivered.- Follow up suppliers regarding the missing invoices that is neither posted to the Tropical site nor emailed bythe supplier.- Update a specific Excel file regarding the details of the invoice.- Email Client to approve the affidavit for duty free.- Validate the invoice if the cost and details are correct.- Use Acumatica to review the Purchase Order and if the details are matching with the invoice.- Update the warehouse paperworks with the purchase order and job number.
