- Responsible for the provision of services in relation to the transfer processes holistically, supporting the transferees during the transfer, and advises HR stakeholders and managers.- Provide account management support to Country HR and HRBPs for all inbound and outbound transferees located in designated APAC countries.- Ensure global and country transfer policies are consistently applied.- Optimize the transfer experience for expatriates and support management for any unique requirements.- Support to regional team with the day-to-day running of the business by assisting with projects, administrative tasks, and processes.- Guiding and Coaching Specialist and Analysts in task completion.
