Provide knowledge to customers of the various benefits of Nespresso’s quality coffee machines while providing demonstrations on how to use the various machines tailored to each customer needs. • Demonstrate Nespresso coffee and espresso machines to customers and answer any questions pertaining to the Nespresso Club.• Provide coffee demonstrations to customers while providing quality samples to each customer.• Keep inventory of all machine inventory, demo supplies, as well as ensure proper promotional marketing items are up to date.• Provide detailed reports regarding customers feedback, sales numbers, and inventory supplies at each store.

Assist the Dermatologists during surgical procedures and various clinical duties to ensure the best care for the patient. The clinical practice is very patient orientated and focused on the needs of the patients at all times. • Completing various clinical duties (i.e. scheduling patient’s appointments, answering phones, rooming patients, communicating via fax and email for referrals, completing prior authorizations for prescriptions, assist with refill requests, educate patients on proper use of medications) • Educate patients regarding medical procedure after-care, in-office procedures, and follow-up with patients post procedures. • Maintain the cutaneous oncology log. Consisted of following up with patients by phone to inform them of their biopsy results as well through written correspondence for their personal records. • Perform certain procedures (i.e. suture removals, silkpeels, coolsculpting, chemical peels, various body contouring procedures: ThermiBody,ThermiSmooth, TruFlex) • Scribing during medical office visits using electronic medical records system. • Preparing for and assisting the doctors during surgical medical and cosmetic procedures. • Ordering supplies and updating inventory records. • Communicating with pharmaceutical and vendor representatives. • Preparing quotes, billing, and insurance documents to review with patients.

Manage new accounts, as well as previous accounts, thus increasing revenue overall.
