Furthering the mission, raising awareness for the cause and encouraging public support through marketing campaigns, adoption promotions, fundraising initiatives, social media management, grant writing and being the communication breaker box for the organization.

As Foster Home Coordinator I acted as the primary contact and further developed the Foster Home Program consisting over 135 active foster parents who provided care for 1000+ foster animals annually; as the Social Media Coordinator I managed, developed and created content for all social media platforms to raise mission awareness; and as Rescue Coordinator, I developed relationships with 501(c)(3) rescue groups and worked to place needy animals for further care.

Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the organization including overseeing, evaluating and hiring kennel staff and ensuring high-quality care for the animals in the care of the shelter.
