SustainAffiliate was an idea I had that aimed to bring like-minded people together to stimulate a more eco-conscious, sustainable economy. I began work on the idea because content creators shared with me that brand alignment is most important when choosing to enter an affiliate relationship, yet many of the affiliate networks and ad networks in the market do not offer the functionality to filter brands by their sustainability metrics. Unfortunately, due to misaligned timing and a change of focus, I decided not to continue with this venture. I hope the idea will live on and ultimately offer the industry a more sustainable way of business.
