-Handles end to end recruitment; from sourcing, interviewing, salary offer, contract signing discussion and collecting pre-employment requirements.-Hiring associates up to manager level positions

• In charge of sourcing for different positions with financial/banking experience.• Facilitates candidate and employer scheduling and coordination as well as ongoing candidate engagement.• Handled different tasks such as prescreening for (NFIS) credit checking,ERP reporting, and updating excel spreadsheets as needed.

• Is in charge of recruiting for different positions such as customer service, data entry, operations associates, administrative and executive assistants, staffing coordinators and human resource professionals, project managers and even technical job orders• Actively sources candidates using multiple sources, strategies and methods• Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.• Interviews all candidates, discusses the details of the job, negotiates the terms, takes note of the candidates’ preferences, and manages and coordinates all communication with the candidates• Creates candidate profiles for up-selling skills and experiences for submission• Manages the scheduling and logistics of interviews as needed• Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required• Develops and maintains strong working relationships with current leaders, vendors, candidates, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility

• Delivers offshore-based IT recruitment services to our clients in the US• Covers different tasks in the areas of active and passive sourcing which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates• Formats resumes meeting client expectations• Facilitates candidate and employer scheduling and coordination as well as ongoing candidate engagement.• Researches new technologies and makes recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions• Fosters long-term relationships with candidates and clients
