• Provide administrative support for Director of Marketing and Sales departments.o Screen Calls / Receptionist Back Up: assist customers and direct them to appropriate departments.o Coordinate shipping, receiving and payments with external vendors.o Oversee lodging accommodations for managers and sales reps for trade shows.o Organize warehouse product and maintain inventory in Excel.o Exercise strong attention to detail for promotional sales campaigns.o Coordinate training meetings and events.o Update PowerPoint presentations and putting them in the correct company format.o Ensure budgeting requirements are not exceeded.o Design and present booth layout sketches to sales reps for trade shows.o Select and secure booths for upcoming trade shows and review contractual obligations.o Coordinate logistics for trade show freight shipments to and from company offices nationally.o Proofread list and dealer price pages prior to approval and distribute on company Tools bulk mail.o Excellent communication and customer service skills. o Office software and hardware include: Fax, Scan, Copy, Email, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Windows 7, Adobe Pro, CS6: Photoshop & Illustrator.• Deliver, proof, edit and optimize marketing materials.• Mass-mail materials for sales representatives, licensed dealers and internal departments company-wide.• Improve communication efficiencies within the company’s various departments in Georgia and California.• Update job knowledge by reading trade publications.• Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling and coordinating requirements:o Establishing contracts, processing check requests, gathering product, coordinate with Systems department to program necessary equipment, ensure certificates of insurance are acquired.
