Bianca grew up with her single mother, moving in and out of rental properties throughout the South East of Melbourne. This meant that from a very young age Bianca’s stability on the home front came from her grandparents. Having bought land in Aspendale in the ’60s for $64k, Bianca’s grandparent raised their 2 daughters here and created a family home. Not only did they create a family home, but they also created some serious wealth through this property, with a value of $1.2million in today’s market. This would always resonate with Bianca and would soon become her driver to be successful in the real estate industry. Bianca was educated at Star of the Sea and Sandringham College and can always remember the conversations she would have with her friends in those final years about which direction they would be heading into, and whilst her friends were planning uni degrees in arts or science, Bianca knew she wanted to be in the property space. Quickly getting her Agent's Representatives qualification straight out of school and gaining as much information on the industry as she could, Bianca started working in a boutique Real Estate firm in the city. Working along Toni Planinsek, the Officer in Effective Control, Bianca became a sponge, and quickly absorbed every drop of information there was to know. Toni was a mentor and an advocate for all women, especially focusing on women being able to get into property on their own. She would quickly become Bianca’s biggest inspiration in this space. Further training in the industry saw Bianca obtain her Estate Agents Licence, complete the Property Investors Professionals of Australia course and also assisted her mentor, Toni, with the writing of a book called Her Property by Toni Planinsek. Bianca now focuses all of her energy to continue on the same path and help all people find the right strategy to get into their own property and create wealth for themselves and their families future.
