As a Director of Serendis Leadership, I am committed to transforming leadership capability and organisational culture to face current and future challenges. I partner with our clients across multiple sectors to develop individual leaders, high performing teams and organisational culture change.My experience as a consultant, facilitator and executive coach has developed over 20 years working in the corporate and non-profit sectors. Having joined Serendis Leadership in 2010, I have contributed to the growth of the company to service new sectors and build a diverse client base. I deliver leadership, mentoring and team development programs that build inclusive and high performance cultures.Prior to joining Serendis, I led strategic campaigns for several international NGOs including Greenpeace, World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and the Australian Conservation Foundation. I currently lead Serendis' structured mentoring practice which includes 1,000 participants annually from the higher education, retail, FMCG, banking, finance, property, medical and health sectors. These cross-sector and internal programs have centred on career and leadership development while also seeking to help overcome the challenges individuals and teams face in developing a more inclusive and diverse culture within their organisations. This has informed my in-depth knowledge and expertise of inclusion, equity and diversity.I hold a Bachelor degree in communications from the University of Technology , Sydney (UTS), and post-graduate qualifications in environmental management from the University of New South Wales (UNSW).
