She is a Conciliator with the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission and under the Code of Conduct for Australian Winegrape Purchases. She is a Panel Mediator for the NSW Personal Injury Commission, NSW Small Business Commission, Australian Small Business & Family Enterprise Ombudsman (Franchise, Small Business, Horticulture), NSW Rural Assistance Authority (Farm Debt), Arts Law Centre, Australian Disputes Centre, Resolution Institute, & a number of Australian Universities.Bianca is a CINERGY® trained Conflict Management Coach, providing one-on-one coaching to improve communication skills. She also offers consultative, educative, and facilitative processes to help address conflict within organisations. Bianca has been engaged by some of Australia's largest companies and universities in this regard.In addition to her mediation and conflict management work, Bianca is a highly regarded facilitator and trainer. She designs and delivers training in mediation, conflict management, communication skills, and self-care for mediators. She is regularly engaged by Australia's leading ADR associations and also provides bespoke training within organisations.Bianca has extensive international training experience in Asia & the Middle East. She has provided training for organisations such as the Asian Development Bank, Thailand Arbitration Centre, Hong Kong University, Law Society of Hong Kong, Malaysian Bar Council, Shantou University, Bahrain Chamber of Dispute Resolution & the Malaysian Syariah Courts. Bianca was a director on the Australian Mediator Standards Board (2014-2022) and was Chair of the Board between 2019-2021. Bianca was a committee member of the National Mediator Accreditation Committee, which launched the MSB between 2008-2010. Bianca has played a key role in the move towards the revised accreditation system launched in 2024 - the AMDRAS. She is also a mentor and supervisor for new mediators. Bianca is committed to building and maintaining a high level of professionalism within the mediation community.Between 2005-2012 Bianca was part of a team that held federal government and industry contracts to design and manage dispute resolution schemes for the Australian Franchising, Film Exhibition & Distribution, Produce and Grocery/Horticulture, and Petroleum industries.
