As assistant general manager, I oversee and manage the various departments in the hotel, ensure operations run smoothly and all departments are fully prepared to serve our valuable guests.I also ensure all Health and Safety and other legal requirements are complied with, including drafting and implementing new procedures to comply with legislation as well as Protea and Marriott International standards.
