The March of Dimes leads the fight for the health of all moms and babies. We use research, advocacy, and education to give every baby the best possible start. Project Manager for the Maternal HealthCARE initiative, a partnership between March of Dimes and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Served as a BELA Faculty Mentor to participating BELA Leaders (mentees). Also served as a brief member of the Birth Equity Leadership Academy (BELA) Program Evaluation Committee. Healthy Start is a national infant mortality reduction program providing home visitation, case management, health education, and resource/care coordination services for pregnant women and families. South Phoenix Healthy Start (SPHS) is a community-based infant mortality reduction program. SPHS's mission is to increase the number of infants that live and remain healthy past one year of age. Provided home visitation, case management, health education, and resource/care coordination services for pregnant women and families.
