If someone were to ask me what I love about being a project manager, it would be the problems & the people. I am a people-first PM, meaning I focus on building strong client relationships AND with those on my team. I know firsthand that your team is the backbone of any project, especially in web development. My job as a PM is to empower them to do their best work & give them the space and support to do so. I also love the challenges & problems that come with project management. It all comes with the job: juggling deadlines, scope-creep, developing processes, and relationship building. It keeps me thinking and problem-solving at all times, which is an environment I thrive in. In my personal life - I come from a creative background, so writing, sharing, and content creation will always be a part of what brings me joy.
