As an HR Business Partner at the Montes Claros production site, I focus on Learning and Development processes, serving all site leadership. I drive the deployment of global L&D strategy locally, crafting and executing solutions tailored to our culture and context.I spearhead leadership development, fostering interactions among directors, managers, and supervisors based on the organization's leadership skills framework. Additionally, I lead change management across all people management processes and own the evolution of our learning culture maturity.

As a Human Development Specialist, my role revolves around addressing the challenges associated with meeting the organization's pipeline demand and developing individuals to fulfill this need. Specializing in human development solutions and employee experience products - including diagnosis, competency mapping, learning path construction, instructional design, onboarding, and facilitation. It is also my responsibility to develop and implement improvements in recruitment and selection solutions – configuring the ATS, creating project strategies and TA pipelines, generating insights through data, market studies, operational processes, and managing the tech team.

Responsible for overseeing training governance for 48,000 employees, transforming the corporate university culture into lifelong learning, implementing and managing a unified learning system (Degreed), and integrating it with the MLS.
