Senior People Operations Analyst
Current-Process new hires, transfers and change job transactions in Workday for the AMERICAS (US, Canada, Mexico & Brazil) - Configure, maintain and support Core HCM modules - Configure, test, validate and implement changes in Workday testing environments - Create Workday user guides for employees, managers and the People Ops team - Create customized reports as requested by business leaders - Perform weekly audits of data entered and interfaced between systems - Process EIB loads for mass transactional uploads - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues - Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of HR data within the system - Work with HR, IT and Benefits teams to gather requirements for system enhancements - Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience - Host new hire orientation on a weekly basis - Assist to execute I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification / E-Verify process for all new hires and rehires - Prepare offboarding documents for employees exiting the company (voluntary and involuntary terminations) - Prepare confidential employee-specific documents for severance agreements and other projects - Training lead for the People Operations team - Respond to Servicenow ticketing system to resolve routine HR problems and respond to inquiries from employees - Monitor and reverify employee’s work authorization documents
