On a day-to-day basis as a Software Sales Technician and Customer Relationship Manager we received different requests from our portfolio of more than 8.000 customers, as well as from Public Terders and IT Consultants whoneeded our Software and System services.Our Solutions department analysed the needs of each client and then presented a technical-economic quotation,adjusting as much as possible to the needs of each client.▫️Sales Technician:• Sales Representative - On site presentations and online demos of our Software and system.• Preparation of technical-economic quotations after analyzing the customer’s needs and proposing thebest solutions for their success with our tools and architecture.▫️Project Management:• Continuous collaboration and organization with other departments, depending on the client’s interests.• Close collaboration with developers, technical service, sales agents, KAM and engineers.▫️Account and Success Management:• Direct and permanent contact with the customers and different enterprises.• Responding to the customer needs and staying in contact with them specially after the contract has beensigned and the technology acquired has been implemented.• Always searching on customer satisfaction and fidelity with our enterprise and specially with our I+Ddepartment.• Upselling and further improving the services offered with a solution-oriented approach based on customerfeedback.

On a day-to-day basis as a Community Administrator I managed and administered incidents in a housingcommunity, maintaining a broad portfolio of communities in a city of almost 50,000 residents. We collaborate withpublic administration, legal team, architects and suppliers always looking for success, satisfaction and fidelity.The main priority was solving different incidents as soon as possible without affecting the community of neighbours.

On a day-to-day basis as IT Helpdesk Support I provided IT support to customers who collaborated with theClariant Project in order to solve their IT problems.The support was provided in Spanish or Catalan and English speaking customers.▫️IT Support specialist:• Remote connections providing IT support for global customers from Clariant Project.• Troubleshooting Software, Hardware (peripherals, etc) and network issues (VPN).• Processing technical issues into the ticketing system (ITSM)• Permanent collaboration between Support Engineers, SAP Specialists, etc to achieve the customer success.• Consult the troubleshooting guide on a permanent basis in order to be permanently updated on the differentproblems that may arise for software and hardware.

In our day to day work we provided sales support via different computer channels for Spanish and Englishspeaking customers.▫️Sales Consultor:• Sales support was provided for EMEA and LATAM customers.• Being a sales consultant, I advised the customer to choose the best product according to their needs.
