In my current role at Solar Water Wind, I have acquired a wide variety of competencies and skills in both accounting and administrative work. I provide accounts and administrative support to the business' clients, contractors, associates and co-workers. Through this, I have gained experience in utilising accounting software, reconciling financial statements, processing bank deposits, drafting quotes and invoices, customer service, organisational skills, teamwork, working under pressure and time-management. I use Xero Accounting Software to generate client documents, such as solar proposal documents, commercial/residential quotes and invoices, insurance documents, applications to energy electricity distribution companies, as well as frequent communication with clients and other businesses. As my first job position, I have learnt a wide variety of skills in my time working here which I will apply in future workplace positions.
