In my role, I assist HR administration with data entry and timekeeping, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records. I type various official documents and support payroll in processing overtime compensation, continuously monitoring timekeeping for department heads to improve overtime payment processes. By optimizing HR administrative tasks, I enhance system data accuracy and employee satisfaction. I also analyze overtime trends to support efficient payroll processing and provide essential support in document management for HR efficiency. Additionally, I anticipate HR needs, contributing to the strategic planning of resources, which has led to increased efficiency in payroll processing by streamlining overtime calculations.

Working here was a great experience. I started as a curbside operator, then was promoted to Team Lead/ Supervisor in under a year. On a daily basis, I coached my team on creating positive experiences for our riders and drivers. We would set up our staging area so that both of our lanes for passenger pickup were flowing smoothly and efficiently during busy airport hours. As a Team Lead, I also took the responsibility of de-escalating and diffusing tense situations or unexpected interactions. Overall, a very positive experience, and we had to shut down due to COVID in March of 2020.

As a Business Development Representative, I worked with a team as well as a BDM who coached us on appointment setting, learning the ins and outs of various CRM software programs (Reynolds, Salesforce, DealerTrack, etc) and learning how to essentially sell cars over the phone.
