Additionally, I anticipate HR needs, contributing to the strategic planning of resources, which has led to increased efficiency in payroll processing by streamlining overtime calculations.

Working here was a great experience. I started as a curbside operator, then was promoted to Team Lead/ Supervisor in under a year. On a daily basis, I coached my team on creating positive experiences for our riders and drivers. We would set up our staging area so that both of our lanes for passenger pickup were flowing smoothly and efficiently during busy airport hours. As a Team Lead, I also took the responsibility of de-escalating and diffusing tense situations or unexpected interactions. Overall, a very positive experience, and we had to shut down due to COVID in March of 2020.
