Leasing Associate
Current- Coordinate community's leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents.
- Providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the leases and securing resident lease renewals.
- Greet prospective residents, touring protective residents throughout the property, qualifying prospects closing the sale by obtaining a rental application and a deposit.
- Assist the maintenance team in timely completion of all resident service quests by recording requests accurately and in detail and following up with resident for satisfaction of completed requests.
