Lead financial conversation directly with businesses & finance senior management covering all aspects: Products, Geographies, Clients, Functions. I also participated at the implementation of a cost allocation model, which will be used to make profitability by product analysis and channel acquisition.

Coordinated and prepared the activity of monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to CFO. Conducted monthly inter-company reconciliation, ensuring that all company breakages be investigated and explained in a timely manner. Identified findings and resolved them with the accounting department.

Junior Financial Analyst. Support the team in the management of its themes of Business Planning and Analysis. In particular: cost analysis, planning and auditing the budget, internal reporting and database management. I was also in charge of reporting monthly and quarterly analysis of deviations, preparing the paper P&L, supporting higher functions in developing new strategies for business through simulated scenarios.

Analyst. Cost related analysis between the main product and the distribution channel; analysis on product profitability; reporting. I also processed a new control costs model inspired by the ABC model. Among my duties I had to check thebudget and variances explanations.

Support and analysis for the division which monitored and helped Italian firms to attend the biggest international exposition/exhibition around the world and to help them to compete into international markets.
