Supervise and motivate a team of workers review, worker performance, identify training needs.  Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule, Execution, Liaising with customers and other departments. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, Propagate a culture of continuous improvement in the Plant.

 Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment in the plant. Maintenance & Overhauling of Pressure Parts like boiler tube soot blower safety valves. Conduct machine setup, troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance services. Provide emergency/unscheduled and scheduled repairs of production equipment. Perform maintenance including mechanical, hydraulic, power transmission, lubrication, process pumps, etc. Responsible for maintaining an inventory for the requirement of the supplies and spare parts. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Diagnose causes of malfunctions by sight, sound, or actions of machine. Perform root-cause analysis with excellent written and oral communication skills to resolve technical problems. Supervise contractors used during special circumstances such as shutdowns. Worked with operations department to plan and schedule outages. Schedule checking, maintenance & overhauling of Mill (10E10) mountings & accessories.
