This role involved supporting psychological assessments, facilitating groups, project related administration, collecting statistics, and collating data from psychometric assessments.

Het Overweeghuis is an organisation providing support and shelter for women transitioning out of sex-work. As a volunteer, I built relationships with the women, and offered a supportive space for them to discuss the mental health challenges they were facing.The role required me to remain aware of potential psychological, emotional, and behavioural disorders. Additionally, I learned to manage unpredictable and hostile behaviour, and also to effectively manageme confrontations.

My role as Head of Internal Relations was to optimise member motivation, and facilitate flow of communication. As leader of the Events Committee, I had to formulate ideas for events, and then promote and organise said events.

This role involved entering data into databases, preparing financial statements, processing invoices, and supporting other employees throughout any accounting processes.

Responsible for the wellbeing of the children that I looked after, ranging from the ages of 1 to 12 years old. This involved maintaining a sense of responsibility and fun whilst the children were in my care.
