Amcap Insurance Services is forging quality insurance independently in over 30 states and working with well-regarded providers. They offer coverage for the basic needs of a home, auto, or life insurance to more complex ones such as Commercial, Private & General Liability, and Cyber Security. In this role, Bibi and her team work to enrich the lives of their clients by providing coverage for their specific needs. She strategizes and creates plans that bring value, security, and support. Bibi is building a community between her team and their growing clients by being accountable, providing options, and supplying valuable resources.

As the primary contact for key accounts, Bibi worked closely with other departments to make sure that the needs of top agents/agencies were met. She assisted Agents with open enrollment in multiple states. She managed the creation of videos that educated internal employees on their benefits. Bibi also worked to develop some of the worksite products offered by company.

Bibi was the point of contact between the CEO and other C-level executives and employees. She planned and executed all annual & quarterly meetings regarding the five companies associated with the Manhattan Life. Bibi was responsible for handling the CEO’s personal financials, planning all intricate travel needs and keeping his daily schedule.

In this role, Bibi was responsible for both the CEO and President's financials. She was also the liaison between the Board of Regents-University of Houston and the CEO of River Financial. She organized and maintained the daily calendar as well as being the point of contact between the CEO, company management, and employees.

As the liaison between the company and PUC (Public Utilities Commission) Bibi was the final contact that resolved issues between Reliant and PUC. She consulted business units that ensured they were compliant to PUC Substantive rules. She also provided an analysis of PUC customer complaints that went into the company's annual report. Bibi used her tactical research skills to determine and find resolutions to customer complaints. She then provided reporting to the Regulatory Department on all PUC Rule and fulfillment changes.
