She planned and executed all annual & quarterly meetings regarding the five companies associated with the Manhattan Life. Bibi was responsible for handling the CEO’s personal financials, planning all intricate travel needs and keeping his daily schedule.

As the liaison between the company and PUC (Public Utilities Commission) Bibi was the final contact that resolved issues between Reliant and PUC. She consulted business units that ensured they were compliant to PUC Substantive rules. She also provided an analysis of PUC customer complaints that went into the company's annual report. Bibi used her tactical research skills to determine and find resolutions to customer complaints. She then provided reporting to the Regulatory Department on all PUC Rule and fulfillment changes.
