Bibi is COO and Co-Founder at Bare Conductive. She is responsible for managing the day to day operations as well as creating future plans for optimising the ever changing product supply chain and ensuring it is aligned with the overall commercial and business strategy.Bare Conductive is a London-based technology startup developing a platform of sensing technologies based around its electrically conductive paint and capacitive hardware. This platform is currently manifested though consumer facing products and a select number of projects with industry partners. Since launching it’s first product in 2011, Bare Conductive has sold over 220,000 units in more than 120 countries. The company’s products are distributed globally through companies such as RS, CPC, Barnes & Noble, MoMA, the Science Museum and the Conran Shop. In 2013 Bare Conductive ran a successful Kickstarter campaign to launch its first hardware product, achieving 819% of it’s target with a total of £122k raised. Bare Conductive has won a number of competitions including Innovate UK’s Digital Disruptive Solutions £100k award, has been nominated for Design of the Year Award by the Design Museum, and received an Honorary Mention at Ars Electronica. Bare Conductive has been featured by the Guardian, FT, BBC, CNN, Fast Company, the Evening Standard and Wired amongst other prestigious international publications. Before founding Bare Conductive, Bibi earned an MA/MSc in Industrial Design Engineering at the Royal College of Art and Imperial College London. She holds a BA in 3D design from Brighton University.
