JOB RESPONSIBILITIES🔹Oversee and manage the implementation of the PCM/LQAS project for Polio Post Campaign Monitoring in the assigned zone which include Five Districts of Balochistan (Quetta, Zhob, Musa Khail, Sherani,Loralai).🔹Develop and execute detailed operational plans and timelines for efficient project implementation.🔹Coordinate and supervise field staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to project protocols and guidelines.🔹Conduct regular field visits to monitor data collection, data quality, and overall project progress.🔹Provide technical guidance and support to field teams, ensuring 100% accurate and timely data collection using PCM/LQAS methodologies.🔹Liaise and collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including government officials, partner organizations, and community leaders, to ensure smooth project coordination and maximize participation.🔹Analyze collected data, identify trends, and prepare comprehensive reports for project monitoring andevaluation purposes.🔹Implement corrective measures as needed to address any challenges or gaps in the project implementation.
