Primary tasks in the Chirinos Lab include the recognition of cardiac images for analysis as well as using MatLab software to process images for further use. - Worked in the Robert Schultz lab in the motor skills clinical trial in relation to studies of ASD. - Transcribing and annotating clinical research data (video recordings of cognitive, behavioral, and diagnostic testing) using linguistics software (XTrans).- Maintaining reliability with a detailed linguistic specification and with a team of colleagues to produce high-quality quantitative datasets for analysis by the PI.- Handling and processing confidential clinical research data under the direction of CAR staff and subject matter experts.- Position was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
