- Oversee care for geriatric & patients with mental health diagnosis such as PTSD, bipolar, and schizophrenia. Alcohol withdrawal, SUD - Sitter for 5150, 5250, alcohol withdrawal patients, restraints- Floated between units: ER, ICU, Oncology, Long-term care, Med. Surge- Performed ADLs, vital signs, blood glucose, EKG, transport, charting/hand-off report, bladder scanner

- Advocated for physicians by campaigning against healthcare injustices from insurance companies- Prevented Seton Medical Center, a low-income hospital, from closing by interviewing physicians, conducting community outreach and public education in SF and college settings.
