- Monitor, report and interpret sales, margin, and stock performance for all product groups and countries.- Work closely on a day-to-day basis with Category Planning Manager and Category Directors/Buyers in developing and actioning plans.- Perform ad hoc analysis whenever needed.- Developing conversations with buyers/CM on OTB movement (delay, cut)

Associate Business Development (Retail and Fulfillment)- Handling and liaising with FMCG Supplier as Demand Planner- Forecast sales bi-weekly and monthly for buy-in adn sell-out- Monitor inventory level in daily basis- Develop and maintain close relationship with assigned supplier- Respond to internal and external customer escalations quickly- Support ad-hoc task and initiatives per business needs- Work closely with internal and external team (suppliers) in order to increase fulfillment and improve efficiency

- Manage a diverse portfolio of reputable brands such as Laneige,Mamonde,Colgate,Unilever etc- Trained and onboarded new Merch Ops- Responsible as key-user represent (for Health & Beauty retail category) for new system testing.- Ensure managed brand offered a wide variety and an assortment of attractive products that havesufficient stocks and are price competitive- Provide analysis on the purchase of new products based on reference SKU performance and assisting in cost-benefit analysis for cost increase (product SKU level)- Retail store management – Product listing, Product status, Maintaining product information is updatedtime-to-time, Shop décor update, set up Add on deals, Bundle deals and create voucher.- Support ad-hoc task

- Managing Health & Beauty short-tail preferred seller- Carry out analysis to diagnose seller issues, proposed recommendations, and explained the possible solution to encounter the issue.- Collaborate with internal and external for special campaign- Support ad-hoc task

- Build good relationships with marketplace seller by convincing them to support our platform by joining our specialprogrammed which require seller to commit 100% of their commitment to Shopee.- Monitor on team submission (QC Shocking Sale, Campaign, Hot products etc)- Identify market gaps and manage pricing strategy, product assortment and inventory availability.- Negotiate deals with MP sellers to achieve competitive advantage- Educate sellers on how to grow and increase traction in Shopee- QC preferred seller list for Health & Beauty Category
