Experience in Reliance ROGC plant shutdown

 Preparing complete plan for Turnaround shutdown jobs from scope development, scheduling and final field execution. Responsible for planning and coordinating consist of technical and management aspects. Prepare calibration procedure for instruments devices mainly as vibration probes and control valves  Responsible in loop check activities before pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and also modifying existing instrument wing and tubing.  Preparing Daily progress reports as per the site activities. Troubleshooting electrical problems such as motor control soft starter, motor-controlled valve(MOV), and control panels. Arrangement of required material at site. Knowledge in P&ID diagrams, instrument data sheet, loop drawings, Hookup drawing and electrical circuit diagrams. Monitoring all working activities follow the schedule and completed on time as per the schedule. Meet with vendor, clients and technical staff to discuss technical information and features. Coordinating and conducting Tool Box Meeting and Safety Talk and performing job safety analysis (JSA) before starting the job.

 Erection and commissioning of different type of instruments and control valve such as DPT, PT, TT,FT, Proximity sensor, Vibration probes, Pyrometer, LT, Temperature elements, ON/OFF valve, Solenoid valve, Diaphragm and piston type valve Torque and limit adjustments of MOV valve  Calibration of instruments and revamping of control panel. Knowledge about HART communicator  Involves in trouble shooting activities of process related instruments preventive and break down maintenance.  Experience on the preparation of instruments specification/datasheet/IO list and instrument index from P&ID/Engineering documents Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress report and look ahead schedule. Leading a team of instrument technician. Execute the engineering activities like as cable tray, cable laying

 Troubleshooting the panel board control wiring and DOL starter and star-delta starter connection Assembling of electrical switchgears.  Aluminum and copper busbar fixing as per the load calculation.  Coordinating activities with team members and maintain best output. Electrical cable size calculation depends upon the electrical loads House wiring.

 Glanding and termination of instruments cables. Conduit fixing as per the engineering drawings. Erection different type of pneumatic and electric control valve (MOV-motorized operating valves). Revamping of marshalling cabinet. Erection of new transmitter as per the Hook up drawings.  Knowledge in instrument tubing. Loop checking and zero, span adjustments of instruments of using with HART communicator (HART-475)
