With extensive experience in production management of avionics for aircraft, helicopters, and missiles, I am a solution-driven professional adept at leading teams in the manufacturing and repair/overhaul (ROH) of Ground Equipment, Indigenous Avionics, Western Avionics, and Missile Avionics.I possess expertise in both indigenous and ToT projects, and have substantial experience in AS9100D standard audits, lean manufacturing, and defense procurement plans. Additionally, I have expertise in airworthiness certification standards such as IMAP-2023 and IMTAR-21.As an articulate communicator, I bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders. I have facilitated quality circles, trained defense personnel in avionics, and demonstrated products at airshows. My hands-on experience includes interactions with defense personnel, ministers, delegates, and senior officers of defense agencies and organizations.A notable achievement in my career was successfully demonstrating a new product to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.Currently, I am responsible for the indigenization efforts of our division, aligning with the Government of India’s Make in India initiative. I am open to collaborating with Indian industry partners, especially MSMEs and startups, to develop their products to meet our FFF requirements and achieve certification by the TAA.
