-Respond to all technical queries pertaining to product compliance from OEM and traders for Saudi and UAE-Evaluation of test reports, Technical Documents on receipt.-Provide regulatory support for portfolio of products.-Provide Technical and Business Coordination for E-commerce and retail compliance.-Monitoring of inspection execution, sampling, testing, etc.-Ensuring CoC Issuance as per country standards.-To ensure client needs are fully met by Technical Support / Certification Centre Team by providing prompt and professional certification service.-Assess product and / or exporter risk levels, identification of product essential requirements and applicable standards following the business rules on conformity assessment, classification, import eligibility and process flows.-Provides quality and technically- based assistance on product standards, product classification and certification.-Collect regulatory intelligence/insight from other clusters, provide/explain local requirements in the region, input in regulatory strategies, deliver product registration, regulatory checks, documentation and regulatory clearance of labels and commercials.-Provide technical assistance in testing the product as per required national/international technical standard through ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories.
