BATU KAWAN, PENANG Position : LAB TECHNICIAN Description: • Become Person In Charge (PIC) when SV not around; do all reports and make sure sample in specs. • Assures and evaluate accuracy and precision of the analytical results before submission validation. • Identify and trouble shoot potential sources of error arising/associated with the test performed. • Report situation when quality of work falls below the expected level and/or deviation observed. • Ensure the analytical instruments maintained in good working condition that include equipment calibration and troubleshoot problems arise from the instruments. • Perform complicated analyses using sophisticated equipment, such as HPLC, AAS, UV-VIS and CVS for determination of organic additives, metal, acid concentration, etc. analysis for samples received from production.FEB 2015 – Current HAEMONETICS (M) SDN BHD. BATU KAWAN, PENANG Position : SENIOR PROCESS & VALIDATION TECHNICIAN Description : • Perform Validation activities (TMV,IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure execution and review of test protocol / test report and Validation Plan is conducted for medical customer. • Support engineers to complete the research, engineering studies and actual operation of new analysis methods. • Subject Matter Expert for Branson Welder and Telsonic Welder • Design and fabricate improvements to manufacturing equipment to increase manufacturing throughout. • Ensure that machines are operating properly and meet design specifications. • Maintain equipment in proper working order. • Properly complete any assigned work order. • Recommend updates and improvements to P.M schedules. • Properly complete the Verification Report for any new product and new material that using at our company.
